Better Car Replacement Coverage
If selected by policyholders enrolled in Premier coverage, in the event of a total loss, better car replacement pays the actual cash value of the same make, model and equipment of an auto one model year newer than your covered auto (subject to certain limitations):
- If the make and/or model of your covered auto has been discontinued we will use the most similar make, model, and equipment of an auto one model year newer than your covered auto.
- If the make and/or model of your covered auto has not been discontinued and a newer model year of your covered auto has not yet been manufactured or available, we will pay the limit of liability afforded under this endorsement.
