Clayton Hanley Insurance Blog

All You Ever Wanted to Know About Insurance

Miss us?

I am sure you have really missed the Insurance Lady blog posts, but we have been really excited and busy around the office.  We are buzzing!! Celebrating our newest addition to the Clayton Hanley Family Nicole Cox.  Nicki comes to our office with 17 years experience at State Farm. Lemme just say they did an awesome job creating/molding a smart, knowledgeable, hard working wonderful agent & CSR. State Farm was sorry to see her go, but we are happy Nicki chose to work with us, and our customers. You are going to love her, like we do.

I bet you are asking yourself, what is Nicki's story. What we know so far single mom of a teenage girl, we all know how rewarding being the mom of teenager can be- ha!  Nicki lives in the Concord area and is so happy that her commute is only 4 minutes from home.  In her spare time Nicki is a committee member for Sunnyhill Inc. a non-profit organization that provides services, programs, and opportunities for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Sunnyhill serves over 1,000 children and adults, ages 4-85, annually in six St. Louis metropolitan counties. In partnership with the community and natural supports, Sunnyhill empowers people to become productive citizens and achieve their dreams. At Sunnyhill, we believe that no challenge is too difficult and all dreams are within reach. This is Nicki working at a Sunnyhill golf outing/fundraiser.

What else, you ask!

Lately we have been watching and waiting for Safeco new home product and improved discounts.  We are hearing bigger discounts, new options, a mobile app for telematics or user based training, and deeper savings for teen drivers!! Yes teenagers, new drivers, permit drivers, 16-year old, good students, drivers-ed, and a claims-free discounts.  You name it, Safeco is trying to attract families with teen drivers.

Until next time...… drive safe!  Put your phones down when you get behind the wheel.

Love you all, Peggy 'the insurance lady' Manes
